Fee Structure and Rates

Our standard consulting rate is $158.13 per hour, covering labor, indirect costs (using the de minimis rate), and profit. For qualifying FTA-funded projects, we offer a discounted rate of $126.50 per hour. This discount includes an in-kind match contribution designed to help clients meet the non-federal share requirements under FTA Chapter 53 programs, reducing the local match burden while ensuring compliance.  

Please note, direct travel expenses are billed separately at actual cost and are not included in the hourly rate.
